What to do, in order

A routine for every meme coin trade: check it, size it, plan the exit, then stick to the plan.

1. The 12-point safety check

Tick what's true for the coin you're looking at. Open it on DexScreener and RugCheck (Solana) or Honeypot.is (Ethereum/Base) to answer. Items marked ⚠︎ are deal-breakers.

0/12Tick what's true.

Red flags and good signs

Guaranteed returns"100× guaranteed", "can't go down". Nothing is guaranteed.
Someone DMs you about itUnsolicited tips are almost always someone selling to you.
Countdown pressure"Last chance", "launching in 5 minutes". Urgency is a manipulation tool.
Comments turned off or full of botsReal projects let people talk.
Copy of a famous coinSame name, slightly different ticker or logo. You're likely buying a fake.
Celebrity coin launched overnightMany were dumped by insiders within hours.
Listed on big exchangesNot proof of quality, but it filters out the worst.
Months of historyIt survived at least one big crash and still has buyers.
Spread-out holdersNo single group can decide the price alone.
Clean contract checksMint and freeze revoked, LP burned, sellable.

2 & 3. Size it and plan the exit

Fill in your numbers and pick a style. You get a written plan with sell targets. Set alerts for those prices on the Alerts page.

These are illustrations of the maths, not predictions. Most meme coins never reach 2×.

4. Follow it, without living on the chart

Set alerts, then close the app

One alert per sell target and one at your stop. The Alerts page does this.

Check twice a day

Morning and evening, five minutes. Make it a habit in HabitSync instead of checking every few minutes.

Write it down

Every trade: why you bought, your plan, what happened. You'll learn more from your journal than from any influencer.

Never move the stop

"I'll give it a bit more room" is how a −50% becomes −95%.

Take the win

When a target hits, sell what the plan says. Regret about selling "too early" costs nothing; holding to zero costs everything.

Sunday: what worked, what didn't, is your total crypto risk still small? Put it in your calendar from the Alerts page.

Education, not financial advice. This playbook reduces some risks. It doesn't make meme coins safe, and it doesn't tell you what to buy.
